Ted graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2014, majoring in Business and minoring in Economics. Prior to joining Hoem & Associates in 2021, Ted worked as a Commercial Real Estate Broker in the East Bay specializing in the sale and leasing of office and medical properties in the Bay Area. In 2021, Ted joined the team as an Estimator, and by 2022 he moved into Sales and Project Management for the company. He looks forward to working on various projects, developing strong relationships in the industry, and growing the business.
Ted is a passionate mountain biker. He enjoys building and maintaining trails and riding as much as he can. In his off time, Ted also enjoys camping/backpacking, watching Bay Area sports, and playing golf.
