Sean’s time at the company has coincided with Hoem’s rise to becoming one of the more successful and reputable commercial flooring contractors in the country. Serving as company President, Sean has long been a key voice in shaping the business’ strategy and vision. Much of that strategy has been executed on the back of the deep, long-lasting relationships Sean has built with partners and friends throughout the flooring industry and beyond. Hoem’s reputation as a trustworthy subcontractor stems from Sean’s long-term dedication to servicing clients and simply “doing the right thing”. Sean often says “it’s not work if you enjoy the people you work with” and no one enjoys being around people more than him.
Away from the office, Sean is many things. A husband and father of 4, he loves watching his children mature and celebrating their successes. A wine connoisseur, a world traveler, curator of the bay area’s best paella, Sean is passionate in all endeavors and if you’ve ever spent time with him, you know how much he enjoys sharing those passions with others.
