After spending more than a decade in the banking industry, Monica joined Hoem & Associates in 2018. Her connection to the company was forged over years of interactions with Russ Hoem during his trips to the bank. Upon joining the company, Monica was thrust into a number of job functions, eventually taking lead of the company’s payroll processing and a developing HR role.
A proud new homeowner, Monica lives locally with her husband and two daughters. Monica loves spending time with family, cooking authentic Mexican feasts, and is constantly in pursuit of finding the bay area’s best cheeseburger.
