Frank has been a valued employee since starting at Hoem & Associates in 2014. He gained key experience as an estimator for three years before transitioning into Sales and Project Management. His daily responsibilities run the gamut from Salesperson to Project Engineer to Estimator. Frank also plays an integral role in business development for Hoem & Associates. His responsiveness, ability to understand the intricate dynamics of fast-track projects, and drive for excellence make him a true asset to the company.
Frank and his wife, Caitlin, have recently welcomed their first child, Mason, and are quickly settling into parenthood.
